What the Sinico Top 1100 CNC Plus Produces
The Top 1100 CNC Plus is a rotary transfer machine that turns raw bar and tube stock into finished bushings, and the fittings, nipples, spacers, and sleeves that share the same production profile. It processes a part through cutting and end machining in a single chucking, eliminating the secondary operations required by a conventional saw-and-machine workflow.
In a single cycle, the machine performs chamfering, facing, drilling, threading, turning with a static piece, boring, forming, and marking. Because every operation occurs in a single pass under CNC control, load-bearing bushings come off the machine with consistent repeatability.
