3rd Shift Material Handler
- Be the primary material handling resource for production operators and leads
- Provide support to production operations by constantly ensuring operators have necessary parts
- Move parts (in bins, pallets, etc.) between machines and inventory, etc.
- To keep facility clean and supplies stocked
- Empty scrap bins throughout the production shop
- Operate forklift and cranes as needed
- Forklift use, safety checks, minor repair
- Assisting in production (i.e. moving materials, running machines, testing parts, washing parts, dumping scrap bins, etc.)
- Checking and recording coolant levels and concentration
- Other duties as assigned
- High school/G.E.D. education
- Crane / Forklift training
- 1 or more years material handling or shipping and/or receiving experience in a lean manufacturing environment
- Production/shop familiarity
- Problem solver who identifies opportunities for improvement with solution paths
- Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects and prioritize needs, and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels within the company
- Ability to use computers and basic programs to document
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus
- Physical strength required to handle and move parts, boxes, equipment, etc.

1st Shift Manual/CNC Machinist
- Ensure use of appropriate raw material pursuant to work instructions
- Operate CNC to complete jobs using information learned pursuant to CNC Operator Training Checklist (Basic machine functions, alarms, set-ups, etc.)
- Ensure quality of parts produced pursuant to work instructions
- Appropriately package finished materials
- Perform daily preventive maintenance
- Maintain safe work environment by following all procedures
- 2+ years of previous manufacturing experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
- Excellent communication abilities
- Basic Math skills
- Regular exposure to a warehouse/manufacturing environment with loud noise
- Must be able to walk, talk, hear, stand, sit, use hands, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Occasional reaching, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling

3rd Shift Experienced Lead Laser Operator
- Lead and train laser operators
- Ensure quality of parts produced
- Proactively prevent downtime of equipment
- Oversee pre-production builds
- Evaluate rates for obtainability and correct processes or rates as necessary
- Ensure laser programs are created and maintained per SOP
- Program all new parts
- Maintain safe work environment by following all procedures
- Three (3) years of experience working with a variety of lasers
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
- Basic experience with Microsoft Computer Programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication abilities
- Organizational skills
- Supervisory experience

- Inspects parts that are being produced
- Provide support to production operations constantly ensuring operators have necessary parts
- Ability to effectively read quality control equipment; Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gage, Radius Gage, Protractors, etc.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software including Outlook, Word and Excel
- High School/G.E.D. education
- 2+ years of experience in a Quality role
- Able to follow quality standards and procedures
- High attention to detail
- Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects and prioritize needs, and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels within the company
- Ability to use computes and basic programs to document
- Physical strength required to handle and move parts, boxes, equipment, etc.
Other Responsibilities:
