3rd Shift Material Handler
- Be the primary material handling resource for production operators and leads
- Provide support to production operations by constantly ensuring operators have necessary parts
- Move parts (in bins, pallets, etc.) between machines and inventory, etc.
- To keep facility clean and supplies stocked
- Empty scrap bins throughout the production shop
- Operate forklift and cranes as needed
- Forklift use, safety checks, minor repair
- Assisting in production (i.e. moving materials, running machines, testing parts, washing parts, dumping scrap bins, etc.)
- Checking and recording coolant levels and concentration
- Other duties as assigned
- High school/G.E.D. education
- Crane / Forklift training
- 1 or more years material handling or shipping and/or receiving experience in a lean manufacturing environment
- Production/shop familiarity
- Problem solver who identifies opportunities for improvement with solution paths
- Ability to balance multiple concurrent projects and prioritize needs, and meet deadlines
- Ability to communicate with people at all levels within the company
- Ability to use computers and basic programs to document
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations is a plus
- Physical strength required to handle and move parts, boxes, equipment, etc.

Accounting Manager
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes, ensuring accurate and timely reporting in accordance with US GAAP.
- Oversee general ledger activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Support manufacturing accounting processes, including inventory valuation, cost accounting, and variance analysis.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer invoicing, supplier payments, and past-due account follow-up.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and internal controls.
- Support and optimize Epicor Kinetic ERP system processes, including automation and workflow improvements.
- Support financial and system integration of future acquisitions, with the potential to supervise and develop 1–2 accounting staff members as the company grows.
- Provide accounting guidance and training to cross-functional teams as needed.

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 7–10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including financial period-end close processes.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
- Experience with ERP systems and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to train and support others.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Accounting experience within a manufacturing environment, including inventory and cost accounting.
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic or similar manufacturing ERP systems.
- Experience in multi-entity, private equity-backed, or acquisition environments.
- Previous experience supervising, mentoring, or training accounting staff.
- Experience with ERP implementations, system integrations, or process improvements.

1st Shift Manual/CNC Machinist
- Set up and operate manual and CNC machining equipment, including mills, lathes, surface grinders, and other tool room machinery.
- Design, manufacture, modify, repair, and maintain precision tooling, dies, fixtures, gauges, and machine components used in production.
- Read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Perform precision machining operations, including milling, turning, drilling, tapping, grinding, and finishing.
- Utilize CNC programming and CAD/CAM software to support machining operations, tooling development, and process improvements.
- Inspect and verify machined components using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring equipment.
- Troubleshoot tooling and machining issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions to minimize production downtime.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Production to develop tooling solutions, improve quality, and increase manufacturing efficiency.
- Evaluate existing machining processes and provide input on CNC upgrades, automation opportunities, equipment purchases, and improved technology.
- Support machine setups, routine equipment maintenance, and standardized machining processes.
- Maintain tooling, equipment, and work areas in accordance with safety, quality, and 5S standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in manual machining, CNC machining, tool making, or a related manufacturing environment.
- Experience setting up and operating manual machining equipment, including mills, lathes, and surface grinders.
- Working knowledge of CNC machining equipment, controls, and machining processes.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD models, technical drawings, and machining specifications.
- Proficiency using precision measuring instruments and inspecting machined components to required tolerances.
- Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple projects, and collaborate effectively with other departments.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving equipment, technology, and manufacturing processes.
- Technical degree or certification in Machining, Tool and Die, or a related field.
- Experience with Haas CNC mills, FANUC controls, Mori Seiki CNC lathes, or TRAK mills.
- Experience with SolidWorks, CAMWorks, or comparable CAD/CAM software.
- Experience with CMM inspection equipment, including portable measuring arms; PC-DMIS knowledge is a plus.
- Experience designing, building, or repairing production tooling, dies, fixtures, and gauges.
- Knowledge of CNC programming, GD&T, and continuous improvement practices.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Regular exposure to a warehouse/manufacturing environment with loud noise

3rd Shift Experienced Lead Laser Operator
- Lead and train laser operators
- Ensure quality of parts produced
- Proactively prevent downtime of equipment
- Oversee pre-production builds
- Evaluate rates for obtainability and correct processes or rates as necessary
- Ensure laser programs are created and maintained per SOP
- Program all new parts
- Maintain safe work environment by following all procedures
- Three (3) years of experience working with a variety of lasers
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and work instructions
- Basic experience with Microsoft Computer Programs including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Excellent communication abilities
