Precision Manifolds for Advanced Thermal Management

We specialize in high-precision tubular components for both primary and secondary liquid-cooling manifolds. Our facility is equipped to handle the rigorous requirements of stainless steel coolant distribution for leak-free performance and optimal flow regulation.

  • Primary Manifolds (Facility Level): We manufacture high-volume supply-and-return loops designed to feed entire clusters.
  • Secondary Manifolds (Rack/Zone Level): Our precision laser cutting and bending allow for tight tolerances in rack-level distribution, facilitating seamless integration of NPT fittings, sensors, and cold-plate loops.
  • Structural Support: Beyond cooling, we provide ASTM A500 structural steel tubing for high-strength server cabinets, rack frames, and modular skid supports.

Structural Tubular Components Across the Data Center Floor

Data center build-outs require steel tube and pipe in applications well beyond the cooling loop. Fraser Steel fabricates structural tube components for the systems that surround, support, and move the infrastructure, all cut to spec, welded to tolerance, and ready to drop into your production line.

Hot and Cold Aisle Containment Frames: Aisle containment systems reduce data center cooling costs by isolating hot exhaust air from cold supply air. The structural frame (uprights, cross-members, and end-of-row door frames) is built from precision-cut steel tube. We fabricate these components to OEM specifications, with tight tolerances that support seismically rated and modular containment builds.

Cabinet Support and Structural Bracing: Server cabinet rows in modular data centers bolt to a freestanding structural frame rather than the floor. We provide the ASTM A500 and HSS tube components that form the vertical and horizontal members of these systems, as well as the support bracing for overhead cable trays and busway systems.

Rack Mover and Server Shuttle Frames: The steel mast and base frame of rack transport equipment must handle repeated dynamic loads up to 5,000 lbs in tight aisle conditions. Fraser’s laser tube cutting and robotic welding capabilities produce the precision mast uprights, base skid rails, and cross-members these OEM products require with the dimensional consistency that high-volume production demands.

Backup Power and Generator Skid Frames: Data centers depend on uninterruptible power, and backup power systems ship preassembled on structural-steel skid frames. We fabricate the tube base rails, cross-members, and vertical supports for these skids. They’re engineered to handle generator weight, vibration loads, and transport shock.

Meeting the Demand of AI-Driven Infrastructure

The rapid expansion of AI and high-performance computing has made data center build-out one of the fastest-growing segments in precision metal fabrication. We bring the programmatic, high-volume manufacturing capacity to deliver repeatable tubular components at spec, scale, and on schedule.

Our fabrication capabilities span the full range of data center applications, including stainless steel cooling manifolds, structural containment frames, rack and cabinet support systems, rack mover frames, and backup power skid components. One fabrication partner, across the systems that make a data center work.
