Fraser Steel Company and its Board of Directors have proudly supported America’s combat veterans and the costs of freedom born by those heroes. Notably FSC has financially supported Heroes and Horses, an innovated upstart non-profit, since 2015. Most recently FSC anonymously sponsored the annual Heroes and Horses 2018 fundraising gala. The gala, which took place on September 29th in Bozeman Montana, featured food, drink, entertainment and both live and silent auctions. By all accounts the event was a huge success raising nearly $400,000 in support of much needed veterans programming. Heroes and Horses is a Montana-based nonprofit organization that has created an innovative, three-phase reintegration program, which is offered to qualifying combat veterans (at no cost to them) suffering from PTSD. The program utilizes the remote wilderness of Montana, coupled with human and horse connections, to challenge and inspire personal growth in veterans suffering from mental and physical scars.
